2025 has been a year of growth, development and concrete progress. A stronger team, three new applications and a market taking the next step toward digitalizing their maintenance. Here's what we accomplished.

Stronger team – better delivery

This year, six new colleagues have strengthened the team within product development, customer relations, operations and sales – growth that brings us to 19 employees.

This means we can deliver faster, provide better support and help more energy companies get maximum value from their investments in predictive maintenance.

Strategic kickoff in September

In September, the entire team gathered to deepen our shared understanding of the path forward. We discussed how everything connects – from our culture and way of working, to how we create value for our customers and develop as an organization.

The result is a team that not only understands our strategy, but can apply it in their daily work.

From scheduled to smart maintenance

This year, through pilot projects with customers, we've developed three new applications that all enable the transition from reactive to proactive maintenance.

Snow Depth – For better control of infrastructure during Swedish winters
With snow depth sensors in place, our customers get real-time data that enables planning field visits based on actual needs – fewer unnecessary trips and smarter decisions before fieldwork.

Power Quality – For deeper insights into grid performance
Many energy companies already monitor their power quality, but often reactively. With our solution, they get predictive insights that enable preventive actions before disruptions affect operations.

Oil Analysis – To anticipate problems before they become critical
By analyzing the actual condition of oil, maintenance can be based on real needs instead of scheduled intervals. This means both cost savings and increased operational reliability.

That's the difference between having connected sensors and having a system that actually helps you make smarter decisions. Our customers see value not in more data, but in better foundations for their decisions.

A market in transition

During 2025, we've seen clear signs that the energy sector is moving from testing digitalization of their maintenance to implementing it as part of their core operations.

One change we particularly notice is what types of actors are seeking our solutions. In addition to traditional grid operators, we now see growing interest from modern energy actors in battery storage, solar and wind power – companies building tomorrow's energy system from the ground up.

These actors often have more digital DNA and see data-driven maintenance planning as a natural part of their operations, not as a pilot project. It's a clear signal of where the industry is heading: from scheduled and reactive to condition-based and predictive.

For us, this represents both a responsibility and an opportunity – to continue delivering what we promise: accessible innovation, long-term partnerships and solutions that truly work, whether the customer operates a traditional grid or a modern battery storage facility.

2025 in retrospect

2025 has been a year where we've grown as a team, launched functionality that makes concrete difference and seen a market taking the next step toward a smarter energy system.

But it's also a year that shows what sustainability means to us – not just environmentally through fewer unnecessary trips and optimized maintenance, but also by building a company that grows long-term, develops its people and creates solutions that enable the energy transition.

Thank you for a fantastic year, everyone who made it possible.
