Gomero Group AB (publ), a leading actor in digital solutions for predictive maintenance in the energy sector, strengthens its organization by welcoming Niklas Wicén as new Product Manager and member of the management team. With Niklas's expertise and experience, Gomero reinforces its role in the energy transition and takes another step towards developing tailored and scalable solutions for optimized maintenance.

As Product Manager, Niklas will be responsible for converting customer needs into advanced and scalable product features. He will play a central role in the continued development of Gomero's market-leading SIPP series and in ensuring that the company's digital solutions meet the energy sector's high requirements, both nationally and internationally. Through a combination of AI, machine learning, and integrated data sources, the platform helps prevent operational disruptions, optimize maintenance planning, and extend the lifespan of critical assets. Today, more than a hundred electricity network companies in nine countries use Gomero's technology to digitize and streamline their maintenance work.
Niklas assumes his position on February 3rd. He holds a master's degree in industrial economics from Chalmers and has previously built a company within digitalization, monitoring, and IoT for the water and sewage sector. His work has focused on developing smart solutions to analyze and optimize infrastructure, which has provided him with profound insights into how predictive maintenance can improve operational and investment decisions.
