Tell us about yourself!

I previously worked with water and sewage digitalization, where I see several similarities with my new role here at Gomero. I’m drawn to working with solutions that are vital for society and making them even better – creating efficient tools that truly make a difference.

On a personal note, I live in a house in Mölnlycke with my wife and our two young children. I love being outdoors – I run and cycle a lot to stay active. My academic background is from Chalmers where I studied industrial economics.

Innovation through curiosity – what does that mean to you?

It can be many things. Partly we have the purely technical aspect, but also a set of values where you’re open to new possibilities and want to develop the current situation into something better. For me, the values aspect is actually more important than the product itself. Innovation is more about a mindset that needs to permeate everything we do.

Tell us why you chose to work in your particular field!

It’s largely about the versatility of the role. As a Product Manager, I get to work both strategically and operationally, which I really enjoy. I also appreciate the cross-functional work where I start from the customer’s needs and challenges to transform them into concrete solutions – whether it’s about innovation or business models where all components must function. It’s not just about the product but the entire chain – technology, business model, and scalability.

What made you choose Gomero as a workplace?

There are many reasons. I’m impressed by how genuine all colleagues are, but also by how the company takes sustainability seriously beyond just environmental aspects. The sustainability perspective also includes employees and the focus on training together. All these aspects have made an impression on me. It’s not something Gomero just talks about but something they actually work with and implement through various initiatives. Additionally, the customers, the ongoing megatrends, and the dynamics in the industry are important factors for me.
